1. Loyalty to Our Clients (Article 1) Our primary obligation is to protect and promote your interests. Whether we are conducting a Market Audit or negotiating a closing in Litchfield, your goals come first—period.

2. Absolute Honesty (Article 2) We are committed to transparency. We avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or concealment of pertinent facts relating to a property or a transaction.
