The RMA Commitment to You

At RMA Realty Associates, being a REALTOR® is more than a title—it is a commitment to a strict Code of Ethics that protects you, the consumer. While many agents are simply licensed by the state, we choose to be held to a higher standard.

1. Loyalty to Our Clients (Article 1) Our primary obligation is to protect and promote your interests. Whether we are conducting a Market Audit or negotiating a closing in Litchfield, your goals come first—period.

2. Absolute Honesty (Article 2) We are committed to transparency. We avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation, or concealment of pertinent facts relating to a property or a transaction.

3. Professional Competence (Article 11) We do not take on assignments outside our field of expertise. If a property requires specialized knowledge—be it complex commercial land in Northwest CT or historic estate nuances—we ensure we have the data or we refer you to the right specialist.
